Saturday-Sunday 12 and 13 February 2011

On Saturday evening, when our Protestant brothers came home, three catechumens (Brice, Epiphany and Jessica) were presented to the community. They engage in catechesis for baptism after receiving the . Also called (Cecile) came in wanting to commit themselves to receive the confirmation . Jonathan's father blesses the catechumens by marking the sign of the cross before giving each of the three candidates for baptism a Bible. We really hope they can find within our community the support they need. This joy lasted Sunday morning at church when Reformed, Catholic and Protestants, we attended a Bible study and a time of praise, and we heard the preaching of the Rev. Jean NZABARUSHIMANA . He reminded us of the four pillars of the early Christian church: the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking bread and prayer (Acts 2:42 ).
